OpenSchool365 provides the software platform. Any news, photo, text, or media uploaded by a client, school, staff member, student, parent, or user remains the responsibility of the uploader/client. OpenSchool365 is not responsible for unauthorized, incorrect, copied, or disputed user-uploaded content.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect basic information required to run the software, such as school details, user login details, student/staff records, uploaded posts, comments, reactions, and uploaded images or documents.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide school ERP, portal, news feed, reports, and communication features.
- To show approved news posts, software updates, technology information, comments, likes, and dislikes.
- To improve service quality, security, support, and user experience.
3. User Uploaded News, Photos, and Comments
Users may upload photos, news, technology information, and comments through the news feed feature. The uploader/client confirms that they have the right, permission, or authorization to upload and publish that content.
OpenSchool365 does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content and is not responsible for any copyright, privacy, accuracy, objection, or legal issue caused by user-uploaded content. Admin approval is provided only as a moderation tool and does not transfer legal responsibility to OpenSchool365.
4. Copyright and Authorized Image Use
All website images, icons, screenshots, banners, and promotional images used by OpenSchool365 are intended to be authorized, licensed, self-created, client-provided with permission, or copyright-compliant.
Clients and users must not upload copyrighted images, copied photos, logos, screenshots, or any third-party content unless they have proper permission or legal right to use it. If any copyright owner reports a valid concern, the concerned content may be removed after review.
5. Content Moderation
News posts and comments may be approved, rejected, edited, hidden, or deleted by the school/client administrator or platform administrator to avoid spam, abuse, misinformation, or unauthorized content.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect data. However, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. Users should keep passwords safe and upload only content they are allowed to share.
7. Third Party Links
The website may include links to WhatsApp, login portals, external resources, or social platforms. OpenSchool365 is not responsible for privacy practices or content on third-party websites.
